Zeland is one of the peaks I grabbed when doing the pemi by myself. I wanted to make sure I hit the summit as it’s above 4,000ft. Zealand doesn’t offer views. You know you’re at the summit by a small plaque nailed onto a tree and it’s a small open circle area the seems popular for people and pups to stop and eat their lunch at.
Though I didn’t hike the highlighted trail, we spoke with people at the summit who did with their pups and they said it wasn’t a very difficult trail and any experience 4k footer hiking pup should have no issues with the trail.
